Customer Service By far the worst experience with a service department. I have purchased 3 cars from there store and it did not matter. They don't seem to communicate By far the worst experience with a service department. I have purchased 3 cars from there store and it did not matter. They don't seem to communicate with each other within the service department. First problem was when I tried to make an appointment with my 2009 TL. I made an appointment for a specific day and I get an email for a different appointment. So I c all back and speak to someone and they apologize and make my appointment again. Again, I get another email with a different date. I call them again and now I get someone completely different saying there is no appointment available that day and she doesn't understand how I could be scheduled that day. I ask to speak to a manager and the girl hangs up on me. To make a long story shorter. This continues to happen on my TL. Fast forward 6 months and SAME problem with my MDX trying to schedule an appointment. If I could I would give them a negative star. I hope they close down or get a new service department manager because whoever is running it must be incompetent. More

However, the attention, level of service and genuine interest - not the pushy and blasé salesman behavior I had previously experienced - really made the choice a no brainer. Waste of time and gas due to unfulfilled appointment Water was coming into the car from a rainstorm. Called to make an appointment, wanted one on a Saturday, and the earliest one they had was in two week Water was coming into the car from a rainstorm. Called to make an appointment, wanted one on a Saturday, and the earliest one they had was in two weeks. Didn't want to wait that long given the problem at hand but it's no ones fault if they're too busy and I'm too busy. Made the appointment for Saturday 8:30 AM. Saturday comes around, I bring the car in, and they say sorry, they can't service the car because there's no water technician to do the job. Complete waste of time and gas as they said I had to reschedule the appointment. If you want to waste your time with a dealership that wastes your time by not honoring its appointments, this place is for you! More
Uncooperative Service Dept for long time customer My 2015 RDX would not start. I went online and searched what the problem was and it looked like the battery so I had a relative with a car battery ch My 2015 RDX would not start. I went online and searched what the problem was and it looked like the battery so I had a relative with a car battery charger give it a charge for a bit and it started. The battery was under warrant so I called Springfield Acura to take it in and get a new battery. It was before noon and I was told they could not help me today, I'd have to come tomorrow which meant I'd have to miss work. I told them I could not do that and I wasn't sure if it would even start again so I needed to get it looked at immediately. I was very rudely told they could not help me. They had looked up my service records and knew this was the 2nd car I've purchased there and serviced there. I called Brunswick Acura who, without even checking to see if I had ever serviced there, told me to get there whenever I could and they'd take a look at it. They took me right away and were shocked to find out that I had been to Springfield Acura twice since a recall and they had never fixed it. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle or service at Springfield again. More

I was assigned to Adam Links whom was very knowledgeable, attentive, professional and most importantly listened to me. He never tried to get me into a New vechicle. Answered all my question and even had my paperwork ready when I arrived. Springfield along side Adam Links has 100% perfect customer service. I would definitely recommend Springfield Acura. More
