I’ve taken my vehicle to Spreen Mazda to have a basic service job. I appreciate the fact that they got me in on such short notice. I was disappointed after I paid for my vehicle to get the oil changed an service job. I appreciate the fact that they got me in on such short notice. I was disappointed after I paid for my vehicle to get the oil changed and tires rotated that I noticed that the tires were not rotated. I brought that up to the service writer he then explained to me after he went to talk to the technician that they did not rotate the tires because they left the better wear tires upfront.The difference in the wear are between the front tires and the rear tires were 1/32 of an inch. I don’t believe this is enough difference not to rotate the tires. If I did not check to see if the tires were rotated I would’ve paid 20 additional dollars for something that wasn’t completed. The service writer stated he overlook the comments from the technician on why the job was not completed. This may all be factual but at least made him leave that either the technician wasn’t doing his job or the service writer was not doing his job but in the end I would’ve been out $20 if I did not catch this error. I drive out of my way to come to this dealer because they’ve always had decent service. I have never had good luck with the dealer in my own area. So I’m not sure where to take my vehicle for a basic oil change when I feel that I’m getting ripped off by all your dealers. More

Dario Mendez was our a sales rep and he was awesome. Got me a fantastic deal and was as thorough as any salesman I've had before. We bought this car for my daughter and she is so happy she got her new 2021 madza3 hatchback.
