Quick and seamless sales process I saw a vehicle I liked online and called in and spoke with Jose the sales manager. Pressureing Customers I gave the dealership three stars because they set up an appointment for me for 9 in the morning, I was there prior to 9 and there was no one there to I gave the dealership three stars because they set up an appointment for me for 9 in the morning, I was there prior to 9 and there was no one there to greet me at 9 in fact after 9 after waiting a bit I went up to who I believe was one of the managers and told him I had a 9 appointment and he seemed surprised and just pointed me to a sales rep. Also I went through the Costco program which was great, your dealership was the closest participating dealership in the program. The part I didn't like about it was the fact that you put add-ons on the contract that I did not ask for and after not only one time saying I didn't want them and take them off I had to repeat myself multiple times due to being pressured to leave them on or add something I didn't want or need which was a huge turn off. Other than that everyone I work with was friendly and helpful and I had a good experience More

I usually notice the water streaks, on the windows, when I'm driving home, but when I get home I see them all over the car. too. I can usually just get a wet rag and redo, but sometimes it's been sitting in the sun so long that the water streaks are hard. More
