What a rip off! The communication with the sales person was very poor! He also did not seem knowledgeable about the offerings. I had to correct him more than once. I found out afterwards that the part I was told wasn't offered, was actually less than half of what I was charged from the same dealership. There was noting but problems with the entire process. When I spoke to the sales manager about my issues he offered me a free car wash, because the car wash was one of my issues. I will never return. More

Very nice sales lady however beware of new scam of mandatory add ons. They advertised decent sales price for 16 Mazda CX-5 but then hit you with price raising add ons, alarm, seat protection etc. Also mandatory add ons. It’s issues like this that make buying a car From a dealership a dragged out nightmare.i would recommend dealership but be on guard. More
Went in for an oil change before a cross-country drive. Took me in 15 minutes early on my appointment and had me out the door within 30 minutes. Came out to my car nice and clean. Confusing The purchasing process itself was easy. There was non haggling, the price was fair, and the financing rate was good. The confusing started when I was The purchasing process itself was easy. There was non haggling, the price was fair, and the financing rate was good. The confusing started when I was asked by the financing rep if the car had plates or not. I checked out the car, it did, and I told her. My salesperson, Tracy, had printed out temporary paper license plates but then ripped them and said we didn't need them. Later, I received an e-mail from Tracy saying that she needed a couple of signatures on a couple of certification documents. I asked if they could bring them to me in Riverside, and ever since its been promises of follow-through from both Tracy and a sales manager, I think Steve?, but no actual follow-through. I still haven't signed these documents. I received a refund from Spreen for DMV registration fees, but then a bill from DMV for renewing the registration. I also received one license plate from Spreen, but the car currently has 2 plates on it. I'm still waiting on a call back from Steve (?) the sales manager or Tracy to call me back and explain what is actually going on. I'm not sure if the signatures are still needed, why I received a refund and a bill, and why the plates were destroyed to begin with. For context, today is July 7th and the first email from Stacy asking for signatures was May 20th. No, I won't recommend this dealership and I don't think I'll give any future business. More
