Customer Service was horrible. The manager Jimmy was very rude to us during the signing of the paperwork for the car. They tried to add on paint coverage for the 2016 Mazda CX-5 sports and some security alar rude to us during the signing of the paperwork for the car. They tried to add on paint coverage for the 2016 Mazda CX-5 sports and some security alarm system for $1500, which after complaining about additional hidden fees they took off the pain protection ( car had lots of scratches on it) and refused to completely take of the alarm system, which increased the price of the car. I only had car for 9 days and was at the dealership 3 times already due to brakes making noise and the alarm system going off while I was driving late a night from work. I really wish I had a better experienced. I ended up returning the car because management and the director refused to take the messed up alarm system off my car. They did offer to fix it but I wanted it off. I am happy I do not have to deal with the poor customer service anymore. More
Customer service was good. The only issue I had was I was told by them that the security alarm package that was an extra $1800 would allow for a discount from my auto insurance so it would pay for itself was told by them that the security alarm package that was an extra $1800 would allow for a discount from my auto insurance so it would pay for itself in the long run. That was the only reason I agreed to include it with the final sales price. When it came time to notify my auto insurance of this alarm package for me to get a discount, they said they don't honor those. The car is already having issues with the rear tire always deflating and I had to put air five times in one month. Went back to service it to see what's the issue, they said the tire is fine. A week later, the same issue again, so I took it back once again. They said it's patched up on the inside now. Hopefully that fixes the issue. It's annoying that I'm already having issues on a brand new car. More

Went in for service. Phillip and the rest of the staff , as always very helpful with questions etc. Phillip actually took the time to show me how to house the navigation and find my compass settings ( whic as always very helpful with questions etc. Phillip actually took the time to show me how to house the navigation and find my compass settings ( which only took me 2 years to figure out ) While waiting , salesman Abraham helped on the new Miata. He was friendly and extremely professional. More
