Good experience This was my second time servicing 2018 Honda pilot which I did not purchase here. Adam was really nice except when he quoted me the price he did not This was my second time servicing 2018 Honda pilot which I did not purchase here. Adam was really nice except when he quoted me the price he did not give me the discounted one like the last rep did. I told him that I only pay about $80 and he acted like he didn't know and was "looking it up". Made me feel like they get paid on what services are being perfomed? The last rep just quoted me the lower price. Also, the wait for an oil change is way to long. Took about 1.5 hours. Other than that, everyone was really nice and so was the cashier. More

The service representative called my cell phone and left a message that my car was complete, minus the dash mat. Why couldn’t he use the intercom system to notify me instead of calling my cell phone? My phone was muted to respect other customers near me. It caused a delay in getting my car back so I could move forward with my day. I was also pretty upset they ordered the wrong dash mat which just causes me to return on another day.
