I had arranged for a ride back to work because I had a meeting I had to attend, but honestly, the service was completed so quickly I could have stayed and still made my meeting time. More
Bad communication I had an appointment for recall work on my 2006 Accord's passenger side airbag. I arrived at the appointed time and my car was taken back to service I had an appointment for recall work on my 2006 Accord's passenger side airbag. I arrived at the appointed time and my car was taken back to service while I waited in the lounge for about a 30 minutes after which I was told that the work could not be done because a part needed to be ordered. Why didn't they know when I made the appointment that a part needed to be ordered first. I might add that I made this appointment on a conference call with both Spreen and the official Honda customer service number. I wasted about 2 hours of my time for nothing. Previous visits with this service center have been fine. More
