Service is less than satisfactory. Every time I bring my cars here its something different from technicians checking off that they have done work they really havent or something as simp Every time I bring my cars here its something different from technicians checking off that they have done work they really havent or something as simple as a complimentary wash not being done after having my car there half a day. I have spoke to the service manager a couple of times but I guess training is an issue. The service techs at the counter are great and try to remedy poor service but it shouldnt be a normal thing. If this happens every time I go in which is only once every 4 months, I wonder how much falls through the cracks daily. More

Disappointing I made an appointment to have the airbag recall issue taken care of. I drove an hour and 10 minutes from my house. I had the shuttle drop me off nearb I made an appointment to have the airbag recall issue taken care of. I drove an hour and 10 minutes from my house. I had the shuttle drop me off nearby and 20 minutes later, I received a call saying they didn’t have the part in stock. They should’ve known that the night before and could’ve called me and let me know in advance to save me a long trip for no reason. It took the shuttle an hour and a half to pick me up vs 15-20 minutes they told me. I called several times to check on the shuttle, and each time was told they would be there shortly. A very disappointing experience overall...will not go there again. More
