Good customer service, bad communication to porter I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on 10/31/19 evening, greeted by Ric. I was told that it would be 1 hour total (oil change, tire rotation I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on 10/31/19 evening, greeted by Ric. I was told that it would be 1 hour total (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection and complimentary car wash) for my car to be done, not a huge deal. An hour passes by and my husband asks if the car is almost done, Ric says he'd go check on it and leaves. He comes back a few minutes later with an unhappy look on his face and apologizes and explains that the porter that took my car parked it in the place for the cars to be serviced the next day. My car hadn't even been touched in the hour that we waited. He then proceeds to tell us my key was locked in an office that the woman already left for the day and needed to contact a manager if the key he had to the office did not work. Waited around 5 more minutes for Ric to come back and tell us they'd be starting my car immediately and the service would be free of charge due to my inconvenience. 20 minutes later they pull my car up and Ric apologizes again for the inconvenience. My car was also not washed as we were told it was complimentary in the first place, but Ric said we could come back and get a free premium wash. Ric had excellent customer service by apologizing for his employee's mistake and even though it was a long wait, I appreciate the service he gave us. More

Dependable service as usual.
