Spreen Honda Loma Linda - Service Center

I always go to Spreen, but below average pleased this time.. My experience started well and my service person Adam was friendly an helpful. However, the oil change and transmission fluid (I was not expecting to My experience started well and my service person Adam was friendly an helpful. However, the oil change and transmission fluid (I was not expecting to need the transmission fluid) turned into being a half hour to an hour over estimated completion time. That's just part of the repair game and I trust Spreen employees to be honest and not sell me unnecessary repairs. However, my car arrived with the Check Engine Light on immediately after being serviced! Not cool! I took my car back and the light was turned-off for free, but it was due to a repair person/s lack of effort of not paying attention enough to carefully complete the transmission fluid repair. Adam apologized but I was let-down by the sloppy mistake that was offsetting as a customer. More

The only place I take my car Spreen Honda is the only place I take my car. I get a synthetic oil change every time and it’s completely reasonably priced compared to other places.
