Based on our experience, Tom was able to work with us and find a price point that worked with what we wanted. They didn’t spend their time trying to force any extra items. I would give 0 stars if I could. 7/7/24. We go in ready to purchase a used Audi A4 that we saw on the website, cash. We were told it hadn't been through smog or safety but it was s 7/7/24. We go in ready to purchase a used Audi A4 that we saw on the website, cash. We were told it hadn't been through smog or safety but it was still being advertised. We were able to view the car and there were no issues, no check engine light on on the dash. We were ready to purchase and they continued to try to put us into lease, even after being told numerous times that we did not want a lease. The GSM John would not give us numbers on a cash deal without running our credit. It took 4 back and forth with the salesman and us ready to leave for him to give us the price of the car + 10%. We get into finance and sign our contract. Told that we can pick up 7/10/24. 7/10/24 we check in in the morning and are told the car passed smog and safety, we could pick up by 4pm. By 2pm we are told they can no longer sell us the car. We are told 3 different stories, essentially they didn't make enough money on the deal. When we continued to question them we were told : 1) the car couldn't pass smog (even though a few hours prior it had passed smog) 2) the Check engine light came on after they put gas in the car and the fault code was for the camshaft sensor 3) the engine was blown they were going to send it to wholesale. At this point we are owners of the car, full payment sent to them and received through wire transfer and have contract in hand. They refuse to let us see the car in person again, refuse to give us the fault code and essentially refuse to give us any solid proof that there was an issue with the vehicle. The vehicle was a white Audi A4 2014 VIN : WAUAFAL8EN026721 the selling price was 11k. Beware if the car is placed back onto their website for sale. I would NOT recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Please save yourself the headache and drive a little extra to deal with a better dealership. More

I would give a 0! I decided to give this place a try since it was recommended and the dealership I usually go to was booked, worst place so far I’ve gone to for an oil I decided to give this place a try since it was recommended and the dealership I usually go to was booked, worst place so far I’ve gone to for an oil change! Unorganized in checking in customers or even acknowledging us! I was in the walk in line, since I didn’t have an appointment. It was only around 5 cars (including those in the appointment line), so it’s not like they were super busy. Yet, I was ignored the whole time! They helped everyone around, except me. I even said good morning to the person attending the line I was in when they passed by me, totally ignored! I figured okay, well he will come back. Waited and waited and nothing! At this point I just left because I noticed while we were moved forward other cars that were arriving remained in the back, those were being helped even though I was in front. I was confused on how they operate, esp when I compare to others places I have been. You can’t pay me to come back! I am not the person to write reviews, but jeez, this was something else! More
