This is sincerely the worst dealership I have ever been to. I'm tired of them telling me they're trying to get a hold of me when it's in fact I'm the one trying to get a hold of them. I mean when my thir to. I'm tired of them telling me they're trying to get a hold of me when it's in fact I'm the one trying to get a hold of them. I mean when my third party warranty tells me they can't get a hold of a dealer to pay them, there's an issue. No point to talk to Jim or James or whatever his name is. He's just as useless as the two service managers. One month almost to get my speedometer changed out. Couldn't even wash my car, but there's a few more door dings on the passenger side from incompetent valet drivers or technicians? Whichever the carelessness holds no bounds. And of course I have nothing to prove that but I know. Read the other reviews about the damage to people's cars. Called for a shuttle at 9: 30 told it's going to be 30 to 40 minutes. Text my wife after an hour and a half she had to leave work to come get me. Then I get to the front window and I'm told it's $700. Wasn't I waiting for the warranty process? If you have to go to a Honda dealership, do yourself a favor and go to another one. I will never go back to this dealership. More
Purchasing vehicle was ‘ok’. Taking in for service on a warranty issue of a faulty seatbelt sensor took multiple trips to service before it was finally fixed. Service needs a lo Taking in for service on a warranty issue of a faulty seatbelt sensor took multiple trips to service before it was finally fixed. Service needs a lot of improvement. While service department may be busy it needs to start by listening to what the customer states the issue is and documenting for technicians accurately. Technicians need to fix the issue not tell the customer to read the manual after reseting safety codes when it was clearly a faulty sensor. I did get a ‘loaner’ vehicle for the ‘multiple’ trips so there is at least that. UPDATE: 9/9/2024. I UNDERSTAND closing due to the smoke and fire but seriously why do they have an appointment line that sends you text confirmations regarding your appointment. Had an appointment at 9 AM today for yet another WARRANTY FIX. Sun roof roller shade detached. I could go on for another 8 paragraphs on the pain and suffering I experienced trying to SCHEDULE an appointment. I live 30 miles away, have one vehicle, took off work, etc. Drove out there, pulled in to the service center that had two cones and a car but one lane open. No one came up while I was getting my crap together so I could check in and wait for “Evaluation” to be done on the issue. Walked in and the guy at the counter asks “Is someone helping you?” I state “Here for an appointment”. Guy at counter states, “Apologies we are closed due to fire”. I state, “I didn’t receive a call or a text stating you were closed.” He states “Sorry”. Well that xx receives profane responses. I will never go back to this place and my Warranty better be honored at another Honda dealership. 13K miles on a 2023 Honda so it’s still factory warranty, otherwise what’s the point of ever buying another Honda. Secondly to whomever monitors these reviews from Spreen Honda. This is the second extremely negative experience I have had for a Warranty fix. Any apology or excuse you might write in response IS JUST WORDS BACKED BY NOTHING! I will NEVER go back this place, managed and run by incompetent people who don’t appear to give a rats rear about their customers and doing their JOB correctly. More
We are happy with the car. It drives smoothly on the road and gets pretty good gas milage. It drives smoothly on the road and gets pretty good gas milage. More

On the positive side, the experience was fairly quick and people were friendly. On the negative side, I don’t appreciate withholding information & the lack of follow through. I had said that I wanted to people were friendly. On the negative side, I don’t appreciate withholding information & the lack of follow through. I had said that I wanted to get a trailer for camping. It was suggested to go through U-Haul for a trailer hitch BUT at no point was there mention that my new vehicle would only be able to tow 1000 lbs, & NO camping trailer is that light. Also, both Tom and the finance guy said they would call me after 6 months regarding refinancing since my payment is uncomfortably high. Neither has called me after 8 months and when I called and left a message for the finance guy I never received a call back. I feel my three star rating is being generous in regards to this very frustrating experience, probably should be lower. More
