Every single person I came in contact with super nice super friendly and all around great customer service. I actually walked in to Honda a little late and felt bad I know people want to go home sometime super friendly and all around great customer service. Overall my Service visit was very good. However there were several errors made by the Service Writer that were brought to his attention twice and supposedly changed on the computer but the changes were n were several errors made by the Service Writer that were brought to his attention twice and supposedly changed on the computer but the changes were not reflected on my paperwork. Specifically, the vehicle mileage was not correct as the mileage indicated on the paperwork was from my last service visit of 25,615. Current mileage is 30,696. Also my street address is listed wrong. The address listed Is approximately 1-1/2 miles from my residence that has not changed in 20 years. These errors were brought to his attention before I left your store to take the shuttle to my home. He stated that the correct information would be entered on the paperwork prior to picking up my vehicle. Upon returning approximately three hours later I noticed that the above errors had not been corrected on my final paperwork. It was very apparent that the service writer was new and was very courteous, but he was overwhelmed and needs additional training on your computer system. My main concern is that the errors shown on my paperwork will compromise future service visits with my Service Maintenance Contract. More
You were understaffed in the service department. I made an appointment along with a lot of other people. Unless things change in that department you will loose customers. From start to finish I was assisted throughout the whole process and was able to make my first big purchase.
