Spreen deserves less than one star. Classic bait and switch. Drove over an hour after receiving a quote in writing . Upon arrival on time was told by young fresh faced Jet that vehicle had not arrived a switch. Drove over an hour after receiving a quote in writing . Upon arrival on time was told by young fresh faced Jet that vehicle had not arrived and price would be 10k more than the written quote due to dealer installed accessories . When asked how dealer installs accessories on a vehicle that they don't have, mealy mouth excuse was they always do that. Manager was to spineless so just sent a kid out to switch and take the heat. Jet and other associates should recognize their employer is swine and find a better job before they become accustomed to working with pigs More

Horrible experience! Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. They were suppose to do my car’s interior and they kept lying about how long it would take. When I picked it up the interior wasn’t even d to anyone. They were suppose to do my car’s interior and they kept lying about how long it would take. When I picked it up the interior wasn’t even done correctly the seats weren’t stitch right. So they asked how they could make it up and I ended up getting a different car which I wasn’t happy about. It wasn’t the car I wanted and now I’m un happy! More
