My service was excellent I came to get my car fixed because of Dennis. Previously o went to Goudy for the problem I went to Spreen for starter. Showroom is very nice – spacious and pleasing. Unfortunately when it came to the purchase I cannot say the same. I went to this dealership because of the TRUE CAR price. I did not receive this price. The sales/finance manager tacked on another $1100-- initially without disclosing it. It was lumped in with other charges and only listed as a separate line item on the final sale documents and then as generic accessories. When I asked about it during the signing he said it was for wheel locks & door edge tape which (1) was not listed on the TRUE CAR price (2) don’t cost nearly this much (3) I didn’t need/want the tape. He said it’s already been done so I can’t opt out. This is poor business practice to change the price. I went through TRUE CAR so I could have a price I could count on but Spreen Honda Corona didn’t honor it. Most disappointing. More
