As I was driving up the dealership looked nice and cleaned. Wished there was more communication of the changes and more help for the service advisor. I got a text that my car was ready and to wait 15 mins more for the wash. I did, but when I went to the SA, he sai more help for the service advisor. I got a text that my car was ready and to wait 15 mins more for the wash. I did, but when I went to the SA, he said he needed to finish something else up for another customer and said would come find me. That took another 35 mins. I basically almost waited 3 hours for my car to be serviced. I also noticed that in my paperwork, it was checked off that I did not have an appointment but I did. So I wonder if that contributed to my longer wait time. I’ll still come here for my car to be serviced but this whole experience was just messed up. More

Great staff was pleased with purchasing car. Bought a used car negotiating was lengthy however came to a reasoning and purchased a used vehicle. Financing process went well I was pre approved with school used car negotiating was lengthy however came to a reasoning and purchased a used vehicle. Financing process went well I was pre approved with schools first the only thing we couldnt make happen was my 60month finanance at 2.84 % while negotiating I was told it was for 72 months to only find out when signing it went up to 3.34% I proceeded after being there a few hrs but I still wanted my 2.84% Thank you for you time & my 2018 honda Ex More
