Checked-in my Type R for an oil change maintenance last 4/11/23, I saw a deep scratch in my fuse cover. Informed Gabriel Castillo - Service Advisor right away. He told me that it will be replaced in 2-3 we 4/11/23, I saw a deep scratch in my fuse cover. Informed Gabriel Castillo - Service Advisor right away. He told me that it will be replaced in 2-3 weeks since the part is on backorder. On May 14, I followed up with Gabriel and he informed me that the order was “switched up” to back order again and that it will be delivered, May 19, 2023. I did not hear from him, so on June 3, I followed up with him again, no response. I texted him again on June 17th, still no response. I tried again on June 19th and someone responded back stating that he is on vacation. It’s been two months and at this point it’s getting frustrating. On June 20th, Gabriel texted stating he was on vacation, he checked the order and claimed that it got switched to backorder again, but he confirmed that it got shipped and should be delivered Monday, 6/26/23. I still haven’t received any update. I have given them multiple chances, it is apparent that they are lying and they provided false promises. I called several times ans even asked to speak with the manager, they will just transfer me to voicemail. I have been a loyal Honda Customer, this is the first time that I experienced such horrible customer service. This is the worst service ever from Honda Spreen Corona ! More
