Awful customer service. Because of limited stock, they know they can wait for the buyer that will give the most profit. We were blatantly told this. If you treat people poorly, when the tables turn and buyers are limited, you will have shut the door on many returning customers, as well as new customers who are warned through word of mouth not to due business with this dealership. Jason was great at giving me all my info. The problem is waiting 2hrs and 45 minutes for my vehicle when I made an appointment. All my car received was an oil change and brake fluid service. It wasn’t an waiting 2hrs and 45 minutes for my vehicle when I made an appointment. All my car received was an oil change and brake fluid service. It wasn’t an oil change, transmission service, new brakes and rotors, etc…. If the car would have been washed, ok. That may be another 30 minutes. But the dealership is not even offering that right now. This is why I hesitate taking me car into the dealership. And what’s the point of the appointment if I need to wait for a service to be completed in an hour tops.? More
