Don't Deliver what they say they would. Scratches on windshield, Rattling cross bars and artifacts/lint/dust in my tinted windows. All a new car. Was asked repeatedly about splash guards and was rea windshield, Rattling cross bars and artifacts/lint/dust in my tinted windows. All a new car. Was asked repeatedly about splash guards and was reassured it was in the packaging by a manager and sales rep. Showed up and no splash guards. Will have to pay for it. Customer service is a 0/10. I made an appointment online earlier in the day for an oil change and at the scheduled time I arrived, they quickly greeted me reviewed what I needed to have done noted that there was a recall that they c oil change and at the scheduled time I arrived, they quickly greeted me reviewed what I needed to have done noted that there was a recall that they could also take care of while I was there. I let them know I was going to wait and was out of there in less than an hour and they even included a quick wash. Great job! More
