Good service. The staff is helpful. They should make it more clear on accessories and add on packages on the phone itself. Don't Deliver what they say they would. Scratches on windshield, Rattling cross bars and artifacts/lint/dust in my tinted windows. All a new car. Was asked repeatedly about splash guards and was rea windshield, Rattling cross bars and artifacts/lint/dust in my tinted windows. All a new car. Was asked repeatedly about splash guards and was reassured it was in the packaging by a manager and sales rep. Showed up and no splash guards. Will have to pay for it. Customer service is a 0/10. I made an appointment online earlier in the day for an oil change and at the scheduled time I arrived, they quickly greeted me reviewed what I needed to have done noted that there was a recall that they c oil change and at the scheduled time I arrived, they quickly greeted me reviewed what I needed to have done noted that there was a recall that they could also take care of while I was there. I let them know I was going to wait and was out of there in less than an hour and they even included a quick wash. Great job! More
