On line Information about cost of the car was not the same as at the dealership. It was $5,000.00 more. After consulting his manager, the sales rep presented a payment option that was supposed to be diff same as at the dealership. It was $5,000.00 more. After consulting his manager, the sales rep presented a payment option that was supposed to be different, but the total amount was still the same. We asked for our keys back so we could leave. The manager came to speak to us but indicated he could not go any lower in price. We said we weren’t interested and went to our car. The manager came out again to see if we could arrive at a deal. We eventually negotiated a price but we felt like we had been misled by their online quotes. They contacted us multiple times by email, text and phone before we drove the considerable distance to their dealership and not once did they mention there would be additional fees added to the online quote. The only part of the online information that was the same was the trade in quote for our car. Additionally we had to wait over an hour and a half just to get to the finance office to sign papers. We had previously bought 7 cars from Spreen when they were selling Saturns and enjoyed our experience. It was NOT the same at this dealership. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
