I only gave 3 out of 5 stars only due to my negative experience with Morris Kwon in finance. His unprofessionalism and lack of customer service has put a blemish on my overall experience. He was unresponsive in my request for answers to questions I had regarding the service contracts he sold us. He did not provide fully executed, signed copies of the contracts with the documents he sent home with us and has failed to provide copies. I’m awaiting a response from Finance Director, Pete Mattern, and am hopeful he will resolve this in a timely manner. More
