Initially the experience was seamless and moved without issue up to and including signing the final papers. But waiting for my custom license plate holders and fast pass to be removed from my trade in was issue up to and including signing the final papers. We were advised it was being taken care of but 90 minutes later no plate holders or fast pass. The trade in was still in were we parked it - we could of removed the items faster. More
