My experience at Honda Cars of Corona was by far, the easiest, fastest, and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I've ever had! It was the first time I've ever been at a dealership where I didn't feel a easiest, fastest, and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I've ever had! It was the first time I've ever been at a dealership where I didn't feel as if someone was trying to SELL me. Jim Rist was my sales guy; I got his name as a recommendation from a good friend who has also had the pleasure of being assisted by Jim with her many car purchases. Jim reads like a buyer's dream -he's personable, really listens to you and your concerns, doesn't push you to make a decision...in short, he has a heart to serve. I fell in a love with an 2011 Accord...one that was beyond my pre-approved budget. Upon hearing how I had my heart set on an Accord, Anita from the pre-owned department stepped in to give me other possible options (perhaps a certified pre-owned). Although working with Anita was like being taken care of by my mom, I am so grateful to Brian in the finance department for working so hard to get me approved for the car I really wanted! Signing my loans docs with Rafael was a breeze, no sneaky extra fees or pitches for add-ons I didn't need. The purchase of a new anything usually requires an investment in time reading user manuals to program personal settings. But while I was busy signing docs, Jim programmed my radio stations and later Robert came out to show me how to sync my phone for bluetooth and program the voice-dialing! No manuals needed! Truly, the best service I have ever received, start to finish. Even ordering accessories from Tiffany in the service department could not have been easier. I've had my Accord for two weeks now, and Jim still calls to check in and see if there is anything more he can do to be of help... I'll never buy another Honda anywhere else. More
Last week, I bought a used car from a mom and pop dealership. that was the biggest mistake of my life. it had so many problems with no warranty. i'm just thankful i got out of the contract. With my lesson learned, i wanted to find a reliable car with a good warranty. I found a used honda fit from their website and immediately called. I needed to know if i could get financed as i'm a first time buyer. greg didnt waste too much time to find out for me and gave me the thumbs up. i immediately drove the 30 minutes to the dealer. when i got there, i went to go look at the car in the lot and greg immediately greeted me. He was very straight forward without the bs crap that a lot of car salesmen try to throw at you. Even though the dealership was busy, he did a good job making sure i was well taken care of. he got me a great deal on this car. i'm so relieved and blessed to now call myself a proud honda owner. with my car being a certified honda, i can now drive with pure confidence my car will be safe. Bad dealer they will lie to get you in and then pressure you to spend more. They are rude and not professional at all. Gave a good price on the internet and then when I got there ther car they quoted me had you to spend more. They are rude and not professional at all. Honest, direct, and easy to work with. MJ (Retail Sales) was the ideal sales rep. He was easy to work with before I even arrived at the dealership. MJ is the man. I was contemplating between an Altima or the Accord. MJ told me to make an offer and I gave him a low figure. I am telling you guys to do your research and call around and then call MJ. This guy wont disappoint you. This guy really likes what he does and it really shows. This guy is the Michael Jordan of car sales. I wont be surprised if this guy owns his own dealership one day. Thanks MJ for the great deal on my new 2010 Accord. I will definitely refer my family and friends to MJ. More

Went to Corona Honda as a referral--turned out to be a GREAT decision to drive from Weir Canyon to Corona! Easiest process ever...from the greeting--test drive, finding the one with everything I required, negotiations, finance---easy! MJ/Rinaldo listened to what "I wanted" in the vehicle and the deal... Most appreciated! Once the car arrived, MJ took the time to help me program my cell to the bluetooth and set up the voice activation--and all the in's and out's of the Navigation System (I am technically challenged)...A month or two later I switched cell phone services, went back and he programed it again. Always with a smile! Great Experience!!! More

Mj Singh gave me an great deal on the 2010 Honda civic we just purchased yesterday. In fact he gave me such a great deal that no other dealer I went to would match the offer cuz they couldn't even believe ho just purchased yesterday. In fact he gave me such a great deal that no other dealer I went to would match the offer cuz they couldn't even believe how MJ saved me a few thousand dollars...I was starting to worry myself but when I got to the dealer, Mj kept and honored the quote he gave me on the phone and online...there were no hidden charges or suprises added on the car..he was honest and made us feel at ease until we drove off with car from the dealer. He never tricked us or forced us to buy other options sold with the car...he allowed us to make our own decision without any pressure and he respected every decision we made....I highly recommend him... I thank MJ for making me believe again that there are honest and reliable salesman like him that still exist...thank again MJ for giving us such a great experience with purchasing a car... We willl definitely come back to u again for our nxt car purchase. More
I owned 3 Honda in the past 8 years from 3 different dealers. Last night I tried to get my friend a Honda too, since Corona Honda was the closest dealership so we decide to shop there. I think this will be my last time going to Corona Honda, because of the following reason: 1. No too many selections.. 2. They do not honor the price they offer on internet or phone after you get there. Even they do, they jack up the interest rate or lease program by saying you don't have perfect credit score. Tell me, how many people in this world have perfect credit score. What are the percent rates of that? 3. Sales person is very pushing. 4. The price we were asking was low. So they start adding package which we don't even request for it (service package, alarm). I'm sure I can get it done much cheaper anywhere else. 5. Since we can't agree the price, and interest rate they offer us. The General Sale Manager come up (person who run the showroom floor), and offer us $10 off on the monthly payment. What the heck, $10. Of course, I'm not going to take the deal. So I reject the offer. The manager starts giving attitude, and verbal insulting. He was very rude, and walks away. I don't know how he run that place, but with this kind of business attitude, and strategy. I don't think that place will last forever. If Honda decide to close down few of the dealership. I will highly recommend closing down Corona Honda. 6. After we left from the place for 5 minutes. He call us again, and offer us $30 off from the monthly payment they original offer. What ......I thought the price they offer us earlier was their bottom line. Just think if I take the offer earlier, is that mean I get rip off. Glad that we walk away from the deal. More

They have lied and been disrespectful to us. This dealership does not care about their customers satisfaction, they only care about the $. They have made verbal and written promises, which have not been kept. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone; you would be wasting your time. This dealership is dishonest and rude. More
