It was like I never told to Brice. I had to negotiate all over again( what a waste of time.) EXTREMELY pushy trying to sell packages when I had already mention no add on. I also had to refuse several times from Rafael the finance person the same sale pinch about adding on packages. Overall very satisfied with Brice Vazac.. More
Got Integrity? A deal is only as good as the people who construct it, and the integrity of the people at this dealership is a serious problem. I visited your dealership this evening to purchase an Accord Sport in cash from Greg Foster. I have been speaking with Greg via email and text messages about purchasing this vehicle for a couple of months. In addition, I specifically communicated with Greg a few hours before I came to the dealership to go over pricing, taxes, and inventory. When I arrived he immediately try to sell me on a used vehicle that we hadn't even discussed. When I said no, I'm here for the car that we discussed, he brought over the vehicle and begin to discuss that it had accessories that were added to the vehicle. I informed him that I'm not interested in the accessories can they be taken off. He replied, that he would need to ask his manger - Robert Welch, but that he would ask him in ten minutes because he was taking a smoke break. After a few minutes, Robert came and begin to vehemently yell in my face about how he wouldn't be able to take off the accessories and how it's has to be part of the price. I asked was there another vehicle without the accessories; I was told no. When I saw that I was going to be forced into purchasing something I didn't want or need, I left. As I was walking away, he then said we could go inside and negotiate, I got in my car and left the dealership. About twenty minutes later, I received a text from Greg saying that we could now do the original deal without the accessories because he had spoken with the GSM. Really! What incentive would I have to go and waste my time again, when I was treated so disrespectfully the first time? Is this how Honda of Corona does business? If Honda of Corona worked as hard on its honesty, respect, and transparency with its customers as it does with up-selling them, I'm sure people would consider the accessories because they would have at least felt respected and cared for. Hopefully, in the future, Honda of Corona will do a better job caring for their customers; however, today, Honda of Corona is one of the reasons people avoid buying cars directly from car dealerships. Honda of Corona where is your integrity? More
Ignored and Misled by Honda Cars of Corona I spoke to Jun before arriving at the dealership to confirm that the car I wanted was on the lot and that they would honor their advertised price. He I spoke to Jun before arriving at the dealership to confirm that the car I wanted was on the lot and that they would honor their advertised price. He confirmed both. When I arrived, I asked for Jun but for some reason, no one would tell me that Jun was sitting at a desk right in front of me, including Jun himself. A salesman named Keith went so far as to say that he would "go look for Jun" on the sales floor even though Jun was in the office. Someone finally stated that Jun was right there, so Jun reluctantly came out and abruptly told me that he only answered phones and to go speak to someone else. Needless to say, I felt slighted and embarrassed that I was so blatantly lied to and then ignored. So my first impression, within 10 minutes of arriving, was that these people were deceptive and rude. Nonetheless, I test drove two vehicles, still with the expectation that they would honor the listed price. Instead, Hector told me that price was incorrect - alleging everything from a computer error to an expired coupon (in total he gave me 5 different and inconsistent explanations). Then he tried to push a price $1000 above the advertised price for "security and protection" packages. This dealership's "sales tactics" seem to include dishonesty and indifference to their customers. Not a place I would recommend to anyone. More

Sad thing is until today I find out he's no longer there so I will find him at another Honda and go there. He's a 5 star but the dealership manager couldn't even help me , Bruce Myers is so rude, when my battery died and had a concert as I explained and stranded and Honda care never showed up for my tow , and he. wanted to charge me and hung up on me cause it was closing time.So I went to Buena Park Honda where he told me told me to go where I bought my car and Michael Vejar took care of me. Rude service By Jun & Eric is sales I called in to get more information with new car and when I spoke with Eric he was very rude and he did nor care about my bussiness ,he told me that f I called in to get more information with new car and when I spoke with Eric he was very rude and he did nor care about my bussiness ,he told me that for him it will not make a difference if I buy a car or not , I asked to be transfger to a Manger and he transfers the call to Jun . Jun has even more bad customer service skills and he basically told me that If I wanted to buy a car or not that he did not care about my bussiness and that I can go any where to buy a car . That he did not wanted my bussiness and I feel that is very bad custromer service practice . I then send an email to General Manger expresiing my concers and no response so that tells me that Honda Cars of Corona does not care about customers they just want to sell you a car and not establish a long term bussiness relathinship Very Very dissapomited with the whole experience. Worst experience at Honda Cars of Corona Wasted two days trying to buy a car at Honda Cars of Corona. Sales lady was border line incompetent, almost like she didn't want to sell the car. Th Wasted two days trying to buy a car at Honda Cars of Corona. Sales lady was border line incompetent, almost like she didn't want to sell the car. They tried to push the security system like it was mandatory which added $1,000 to the advertised cost. The security system was not presented as an option and I had to force them to remove the cost. Sales manager, Scottie Hitzeman comes over to finalize the numbers. He has the cost of the car, taxes, dealer fees and trade listed but amazingly the credit for the trade was left out of the final number. I had to explain to Scottie that the trade should be subtracted from the final number. Scottie finally admits his first number was wrong. Did Scottie fail 2nd grade math or just another xxxxxxx car salesman ? During all this wasted time dealing with incompetence, another salesperson sells the car to another buyer. What a joke, will never deal with these clowns again. I went to another Honda dealership in Huntington Beach a few days later where I worked with professionals and got a better deal and trade on the same car. More

Horrible experience - never again I used a popular app to find a price and trim level of the civic I wanted. Base lx with no dealer added options. Brice via email said he had that. Ask I used a popular app to find a price and trim level of the civic I wanted. Base lx with no dealer added options. Brice via email said he had that. Asked for bottom line- wouldn't give it me. Finally he said it would be only tax and license - I replied please give me a dollar amount. After awhile he replied back its about 10 % of the purchase price. Okay - if that's all I can get out of him - I'll go to the dealer... No problem I can do the math myself. I go there he hands me off to this young man 21 yo - pleasant enough. Take a test drive - like the car- okay I'm ready to talk. I look at the window sticker - protection pkg and alarm added. Told the young man I want the one that was quoted me- he said they don't have any of those. ALL their civics are installed with both - they never have just the base model. Hmmm.... Now I feel I went to the wrong dealer but I go ahead and listen. Wrong move. It seemed like this kid was throwing every shady salesman trick on me. So many lies , so many dirty tactics.... Of course they try to send in the next guy to close this deal - horrible experience overall. I wish I had read this before and had gone with the sales people that were recommended on this site. Bought a civic the next day with another dealer - the difference was night and day. We were so relieved. More
Awful experience with Honda Cars of Corona This is definitely one of the worst dealerships I did any business with. I would give them 0 stars if available on yelp. I bought a car at this dealer This is definitely one of the worst dealerships I did any business with. I would give them 0 stars if available on yelp. I bought a car at this dealership just over a year ago and ever since my experience with them has been nothing but horrible. I even got turned away today from oil change! This is what has transpired since I bought the car back in January 2015: As part of my purchase I got 25k free maintenance and after coming for 3 months later for the oil change I asked them to check front passenger side since I have been hearing strange noise when making turns (at that point of time car was only 3 months old). The service guy tells me he will 'try' to see if they can take a look since they were very busy that day (standard excuse last 4 times I came there). After more than 2 hours he comes back and says there is nothing wrong with my car (noise) and that they checked and drove it around the block. I asked if he was sure again but he stuck to his assessment. His name was I believe Rick Roark. Then 3 months later I am back for another oil change and as soon as I tell the service guy (I believe his name was Patrick Harrison) what service I need (oil change) and that I again need them to check strange noise coming from front passenger side when making turns, I get an excuse that they may not have time (very early in the morning on a weekend when they were not busy as far as I could tell) and also because they only do oil changes on weekends and they do not have technicians that do those type of repairs on weekends. Well, none of this info is posted on their website or any of their brochures...Anyways, after 2+ hours Patrick comes back and tells me that they fixed my noise issue and that it was a bad strut - there was a hole in the strut and all of its fluid leaked out - keep in mind this is 6+ months later after I purchased this brand new car and after I already told them about this issue yet they told me NOTHING was wrong with the car. I was pissed about this but did not make any fuss by talking to managers, supervisor, etc...I am strongly guessing that they never bothered to check the issue first time I brought it up to them and this was a brand new car!!! Then today, I made an appointment for oil change 45 minutes ahead of time and as soon as I showed up the maintenance guy (forgot to catch his name) he tells me that he MAY NOT be able to do it today. Then I asked how come I made an appointment 45 min ago and the website said they were open and free. The sales guy the. says it is because they do not say NO to anyone. Definitely not true because they tried to say NO to me every time I came there for any kind of service. Anyways, I told him that their website should NOT let customers make appointments when they are operating at full capacity (as it may be on weekends) and that they should emphasize that on their website, ads, via email, etc and after that and mentioning that they do 150-200 cars day he finally agrees to do my oil change (by this time I am already irritated because this is 3rd time in a row they tried to give an excuse for not doing a service they are supposed to do). Then I asked how long would it take and he responded 2-2 1/2 hours if I am lucky after which I just said forget it and that I am not coming back....So this is it folks, worst experience ever every time I stopped by....and I am not even mentioning all of the incidents I had with them - i.e. scratching my car all over when washing it after the oil change (it is not touchless car wash), giving me hardest time when I tried and finally succeeded cancelling my 100k extended warranty (which under the state law I was legally entitled to 90 days after the purchase with no penalities), taking forever to assist you as you pull in for service (happened every time I came by), etc...MY ADVICE: Do NOT purchase or service your car at Honda Cars of Corona...complete amateurs in everything they do! Greg was the gentleman who helped us. Very friendly and information. The no haggling was a pleasant experience. We asked for the price we wanted. And he delivered. Process was quick. The only problem which wasn't anyone's fault, was that they were so busy, it took a while for the car to be detailed and given to us. Again. No one's fault. But other then that. I would definitly recommened Greg and the honda corona team. More
