They are not honest at ALL Attention ( I was searching for used C300 white and I found one in Honda cars of corona at beginning the Internet sales manager his name is Mohamed la Attention ( I was searching for used C300 white and I found one in Honda cars of corona at beginning the Internet sales manager his name is Mohamed labnieh he lies on me he is not honest told me only one minor scratch and was reported as damage on Carfax and I found in Carfax two damages reported by Carfax after I inspected withe mechanic and body shop the car I found another damages not reported and it was not repaired well with terrible paints after it was repaired they are not honest with the customer and trying to rush me to buy it as there is a lot of issues on iT !!!!! More

So I’m shopping around for a 2019/2020 civic si and had heard decent reviews of this place so I decided to give them a shot. I already had a couple quotes form other dealers on both models so I knew what the price they both were going for. the salesperson Fausto responded in email in a smart Alec tone...very unprofessional and said Great did you pre order it ? Because they don't have any 2020 Si when Temecula has 4......“ if I preordered it would I be contacting you guys? I’ve been in sales and man if anyone ever responded so rudely to a customer they would have been fired on the spot this is defiantly something I’m sending to corporate very rude and unprofessional behavior. More

Price switching I came in on a internet price and was given the price plus ad on's of $1295 on product that was mark on the car. They refused to remove it. Horrible service was an absolute with them been there twice fist car was in such bad condition and now it's price so low to trick you into coming in and then they gouge on stuff that was not marked on the price. Don't buy from these guys they don't even honor TruCar pricing. More
