Spreen Honda Corona

I've been a Honda Cars of Corona customer for well over 15 years. When I called in for a service inquiry and heard that my service guy, Ron Spero, wasn't there anymore I went to another dealership that had 15 years. When I called in for a service inquiry and heard that my service guy, Ron Spero, wasn't there anymore I went to another dealership that had actually brought me to tears (and they refused to fix my car, as well). When I arrived at Spreen Honda Corona, I was greeted before I even got out of my car (unlike the other dealership where they made me wait outside, in the extreme heat, for over 15 minutes, twice). I asked if Ron was there and he said YES!!! I was so relieved that Spreen kept Ron in the transition. Ron, who has been my service advisor for well over 15 years, was quick to get my car all taken care of, washed and ready to go in record time, as always. I'm so glad to know that my Honda Cars of Corona, now Spreen Honda, is even better than it was before...Why? Because they recognize honest, hard working employees of great quality and they keep those people onboard...namely Ron Spero! Thank you Spreen!! More
