The Labor Charge of $225 (~1.5-2 hrs?) to locate the fault and easily replace the under dash sub relay box assembly seems excessive. Especially after I told the Svc Mgr I thought it may be the proble fault and easily replace the under dash sub relay box assembly seems excessive. Especially after I told the Svc Mgr I thought it may be the problem. (I did research on this potential problem before coming in.) . Charging $310.78 (MSRP) for this Box Assembly is not competitive with other sources of supply which offer as much as 20% discount. In addition, it appears my vehicle was not washed after repair...mud splashes were present on the rear fender and bumper areas. Aside from the preceding I appreciate the timely transportation service provided to and from my home while waiting for the repair.. More
