Minor Work I would usually give a 5-star rating whenever I bring my vehicle in for service. However, this last visit left a lot to be desired. My vehicle had to be left over night due to a part not being in stock which was okay. Unfortunately my service rating started to drop 1-star when I was provided a dirty loaner vehicle. I was very disappointed due to the current national pandemic our nation is experiencing that I was provided a vehicle that was not clean. I literally drove it home and had to fully clean, sterilize and remove the trash from the interior myself. And then upon picking up my vehicle, I specifically requested a tire rotation which I was told was done. But upon inspection of the vehicle (after paying), I found this not to be true and had to go back inside to request for it to be done before I left. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes and was brought out a dirty/dusty car. To be fair, I understand the state of California is under a water shortage but this is the 3rd time I have brought my car in for service and have been told I will get the car wash on my next visit. The least they could have done is rinsed off my car. But by this point I was ready to leave and did not feel the need to bring something up that should have been obvious to anyone with sight. More
