Excellent customer service as always. I brought my RDX in for new brakes. I was greeted quickly and the RDX was taken back for new brakes. Shortly after, Mathew, the Service Advisor, found me in the cus in for new brakes. I was greeted quickly and the RDX was taken back for new brakes. Shortly after, Mathew, the Service Advisor, found me in the customer lounge and told me my brakes were still good and didn't need replacement at this time. They easily could have installed the new brakes and taken my money. but instead looked out for the customer's best interest. Though I didn't have the brakes installed they still took the time to wash my vehicle and ensured there was nothing else I needed. Spreen Acura is to be commended and I will be a life long customer.
