My car needed a car part and was informed that I would be called when part arrives by Tuesday. It’s now Sunday and still have not heard back from service member. Angel was very helpful when the part finally came in. It took 11 weeks for the part to come in which is too long. Responsive and provided an explanation of the work to be done. Only (small) constructive criticism is that HGTV, on full blast, in the waiting area gets irritating when I am trying to work.
