On 04/17/2021, I drove my old Acura to your shop. I was greeted with manger in service. He was not very nice to me. After that, another service man came to me. My car, needed some work on the A/C. The Tech was Jumel, he work wonders on my old A.C. Its so cold now, its better then when I bought the care 10yrs ago... More work needs to be done on the motor-mounts by the transmission.. I'm 70yrs old, and retired.. So I have to be careful about my money. Brandon Phommasck has ordered some new ones, for my car. Both young men, have help me very professionally, and just being nice.. I wanted to thank both Brandon and Jumel for the great experience with them and this dealer Spree.. As a loyal Acura customer I reached out to Spreen to find a 2022 to replace my 2019 lease which ended In January. Because of COVID, 2021 cars were not produced, so I placed a deposit on my dream car & happi a 2022 to replace my 2019 lease which ended In January.
