I have two issues with my RDX. The advisor Bob is good on updating with the status but Tech did not do a good job. Tech and I test drive the vehicle, He heard the brake squeaking noise that I'm complaining b updating with the status but Tech did not do a good job. Tech and I test drive the vehicle, He heard the brake squeaking noise that I'm complaining but the the loud humming when 70mph was not heard because it need to be on a pavement surface. He told me he will run the vehicle in their machine to hear the humming. After the tech drop me off in the waitiang area, I received a text my car is ready. It was only 5 minutes after the tech drop me off. The tech did not do anything. He should at least take the wheel and try to adjust and clean the brakes. He should also run the vehicle in their machine to see where the loud humming sound is coming from. It annoying to hear the sound. I bought this car from them certified. They said to bring it back for any issues. I only have the vehicle for less than 8 months and driven for less 3K miles. Now, I have to go different acura to check the issues. Waste of time. I live in OC and drove all the way to riverside. More
