First maintenance appointment went great thanks to Dan. He took care of me throughout the entire process and notified me beforehand what to expect. When my car was ready, I got the run down of everything as well as the results instead of just heading straight to my car. The appointment went swell and will be coming back in the future. Honestly I have a 4 out of 5 for this reason. 5 the dealership would have to be perfect. The staff was outstanding at their job. We were working on buying this vehicle for over a year now. Out sa 5 the dealership would have to be perfect. The staff was outstanding at their job. We were working on buying this vehicle for over a year now. Out salesman was knowledgeable of the product and the process. Finance pushed to sell other products, but did not over push. I'm very happy with my vehicle. Perfect match for my family. However the detail department missed area's on the interior. Also as a customer I'm not expecting service to tell me that they do not carry the touch up paint. And I was to go to a body shop with my vin to get it. I thought that was very odd. So 4 out of 5. More
