The reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because the transaction took 1-2 hours longer to complete than it had to. We flew down from Washington to buy the car so they knew we were coming (financing already approved and ready) to buy the car. It was not, however, treated with the “protection package” nor was it detailed and ready by the time we signed the papers. We ended up waiting about an extra hour or more and it turns out the employees hadn’t even started until someone went back to get on them. This honestly wouldn’t be such a big deal if we didn’t have to drive back to WA right after the deal was done. The late start cost us almost another 2 hours en route due to the multiple traffic jams in the LA basin. The other annoying thing is that the vehicle was poorly cleaned and the interior “treatment” applied sloppily. Overall I’ll recommend them just because most of the issue was time related to my particular circumstances. Thanks! More
