Good sales staff. Service needs improvement Sales staff was easy to deal with. All concerns and questions were dealt with professionally. Financing was very quick and professional also. Unfortunately, after the sale piece was concluded, we had to stand around and wait over 90 minutes for the car to be cleaned and prepped. When we finally received the car, it wasn't very clean. The windows were smeared, there were scuff marks on the interior doors and dash, certain interior areas were dusty, there were dirty spots on the exterior and water was dripping off of the doors. That was shocking to see after that amount of time. When we arrived home, we saw that there was still several factory stickers that were not removed, and the key lock box was in the back seat. (which I will return next time I'm near the dealership) Andrew did offer to get it all taken car of, but, after such a long wait we were anxious to go, and not very confident that it would be worth waiting for. It was easier to finish cleaning the car ourselves when we got home. This ended up being about a 5 hour experience, that should have only taken 3.... More

Satisfaction. My 2019 RDX had developed a noise in the right rear wheel when braking. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Was at dealership 5 hours to purchase vehicle. Start to finish, 5 hours to purchase car and finalize deal. Went to pick up car two days later and it was not ready. Waiting another 2 hours. Found out when we got home, miles away, the car had not been detailed as promised, had to return to have engine cleaned. Was promised a new set of mats for our inconvenience, under the impression they would be sent to us. Had to return again to pick them up. Rubber mats, not carpet as we expected. Everyone was nice but was not very happy with our experience this time. We had purchased 2 cars previously from Spreen.. Doo not believe we were compensated for being return customers. Gallo was very professional and kind. More
