Never, when I’ve reported a problem and asked you to check it out did anyone tell me they couldn’t figure out what was wrong—till this time. The mechanic got the car to repeat the problem once, but still couldn’t isolate it for repair. Is this your “New normal”? When Saturn went away, I went to the Acura dealer and was pleasantly surprised that mos I have been a customer at this location for at least 15 years. Always friendly and helpful, Needed a minor service and oil change - there was no charge because I had bought a loyalty card quite a while ago. They were unable to find an intermittent electrical draw I have been dealing with for a while, but waived the troubleshooting fee as a result. If it happens again I will need to leave it with them for a few days and hopefully they can pinpoint the issue. Bought a new battery and had them install it. Competitive pricing and saved me the hassle of installing it myself. Felt it was the least I could do since everything else was free. Very happy with the service department. More
