You should not have a surcharge for using credit cards. This is actually illegal in California. A large reputable vendor does not surcharge his clients to pay for their services. Just poor judgment from management. Last but not least the dealership did not carry a light bulb for a rear brake light and could not inspect a rattling noise because it s a Saturday and don't enough time to check that out. More
