Misled by previous F&I associate I was sold “ a wrap around bumper to bumper” extended warranty in June of 2018. Took RDX in because air conditioning was not working and was told it I was sold “ a wrap around bumper to bumper” extended warranty in June of 2018. Took RDX in because air conditioning was not working and was told it is not covered. My fault for not reading fine print and trusting F&I associate. Service department very professional and sympathetic towards us but their hands were tied. My apologies because service writer and department had to endure my frustration.
