Do not do business with these people. Went in to get my PCV sensor done and was told it's not under warranty. That's strange because it says, PCV system and oil filler cap are covered. Our car suddenly broke down on a Sunday afternoon in Pueblo. We are from Texas. We had it towed to Spradley Ford as it was the closest Ford dealership. They were not open because it was Sunday. They called before 7:30 the next morning and had the car fixed and running by noon that day. Hector was kind and considerately let us know what was going on with multiple calls throughout the morning. Highly recommend their service department. Thank you. More
I would again drive past phil long (1.5hrs) to come to Spradley (2.5hrs) for parts. Kent was very helpful over the phone and equally as helpful in person. Thank you sir! Took them over a month to fix a blown engine and then to top it all off upon arriving home discovered a ton of our possessions in the car were stolen. Hundreds of dollars of collectable cards, accessories, sunglasses and who knows what else, much of which had significant sentimental value as well. These are things that, well we also have no real way of proving, took years to put together, birthday gifts, etc. I didn't take pictures of my car or any crazy stuff like that before leaving because like an idiot I trusted them. The only reason I left them in the car at all is because I had to carry what I could and walk to the hotel. Somebody there took advantage of a bad situation and just made it not only worse, but hateful. It costs nothing to be kind. Beware this location, they won't hesitate to steal from you. More
Brought car in for intermittent window and driver seat issues and was told it needed new switches for both issues and they would arrive in 2-3 days. 3 days pass and no phone call to let me know if they ar issues and was told it needed new switches for both issues and they would arrive in 2-3 days. 3 days pass and no phone call to let me know if they arrived or not so we can schedule repairs. I call on day 5 and nobody answers and I leave a message. No call back. I call again on day 8 and am told parts are there and service rep will call me back to schedule work. No call back. Day 11 I drive to dealership to inquire as to why they haven’t called me. I’m told “we only have one service rep and she is real busy”. I proceed to ask if I can just pay for the parts and have work done elsewhere as they are obviously too busy to help me. Service guy points to parts desk “over there”. I bought parts and left. I’ll have Ford dealership in the Colorado Springs do it. To think we almost bought a car there. Lousy customer service and lack of interest with my car. Go somewhere else More

Excellent Service Recently while on trip, our check engine light came on. I contacted Phil Long Ford in Colorado Springs and was told they were to busy and couldn't g Recently while on trip, our check engine light came on. I contacted Phil Long Ford in Colorado Springs and was told they were to busy and couldn't get me in until the end of the month. I then contacted Spradley Ford and spoke to Kendall in the Service Department. Kendall immediately said they would get me in so I could get back on the road as quickly as possible. I can't say enough about the professionalism, courteousness of Spradley Ford and the service department. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary parts and put them in and we were back on the road by mid day the following day. I would highly recommend Spradley Ford and their wonderful Service Department. I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle to them again if needed. More

My ford touch oh we will plug into computer and see if the engine light is on has nothing to do with the engine have a giant warning to contact dealer immediately for service on the screen. Changed license plate light and still the origin ones has the alignment marking on the housing. Paid for a transmission flush and was never completed oil still on cap with factory marking alignment could tell it was not fresh oil build up, Tried to contact Manager was told unavailable didn't know when they would be back How can an owner trust a ford dealership to perform work on vehicle when was told it has been done given the document and still being contacted by ford corporate that they are not completed. Was told oh we will look into it I have all receipts for the work that was apparently "completed" filing a complaint with ford corporate and will now take to a different dealership for future work and conformation that the work was actually completed will probably have to pay for the inspection out of my own pocket More

We called several places that were of no help, expecuslly since it was about closing time for everyone on a Friday afternoon. However, when we call Spradley Ford they said they would look at it. Not only did they take care of the car, they were helpful in helping us find a great restaurant and hotel. We cannot say enough positive things about everyone we came in contact with at the dealership. Jeff and Travis last night, along with another mechanic, were super helpful. Also, Scott this morning was incredibly helpful. That's for a great experience that could have ruined our vacation! More
