Made a fake deal I was in to see about purchasing a new Explorer. We negotiated with the salesman, who was great by the way, and reached a deal, I signed the paperwor I was in to see about purchasing a new Explorer. We negotiated with the salesman, who was great by the way, and reached a deal, I signed the paperwork prior to going into the back finance room, and was approached by the sales manager. He told us that he couldn't honor the deal we made and tried to increase my payment by $100 per month. This was all after we signed a deal. Usually salesman will go see what they can do but this guy couldn't wait to get us out of the building. Horrible business, won't buy a bolt from this place, I will drive to Colorado Springs and deal with an establishment with integrity and ethics, clearly Spradley doesn't have any interest in their employees having any. More
Very dissatisfied We are from Oklahoma and my husband was in his way to Colorado to do a job. Unfortunately his truck broke down and was towed to Spradley's where they did an evaluation of what was wrong withdraw vehicle. They were going to charge us $8,000 yes I said $8,000 to fix the vehicle. I was shocked it would be that much. When the report was sent to me and after looking at it they were going to charge us for things that did not need to be done. We had already had an oil change, breaks were not metal to metal, etc. when we drive to CO to pick up vehicle Patti told us the transfer case was broke in two and that it would not drive. After looking under the truck it was NOT broke in two and it did drive to get pulled on trailer where we were hauling it back to OK. Needless to say if you are out of state needing work done you will not get a fair price at all!!!!!! Needless to say I am getting it fixed back in OK for half yes HALF the cost of what they were going to charge! More

We got towed to Spradley Ford in Pueblo, CO, and they worked us into what looked like a very busy Monday morning. After just a short wait in their lounge, the service department folks showed us a tiny rock that had gotten lodged in our brake caliper and was scoring the disc. They didn’t charge us a penny and sent us on our way cheerfully — Spradley saved our road trip, many thanks! More
*Unsympathetic Nightmare - Regarding Patti - RESOLVED I have been temporarily in Pueblo, CO for the past few weeks on rotation with a hospital in town. I needed to have my transmission fluid changed, so I called Spradley Ford Lincoln Service Department and originally spoke with Patti on Monday 09/14/2015 for my Mitsubishi Lancer GTS where I mentioned that this version requires special CVT fluid. Patti mentioned that they would be able to schedule me the next day and after I asked, she mentioned it would be a complete total of $195.95. 09/15/2015 – The Initial Appointment I met with Patti and she instructed a worker to collect information from me and take my keys outside. I then go back inside and speak with Patti about how long she thought the service would take. She mentioned it would take an hour and a half (which was until closing). 15 minutes until 6 PM I went to the counter and asked about my vehicle and was informed that they were out of the fluid. I asked why I was not informed earlier, but Patti is very pushy and told me the best they could do is the same time the next day and Andy would bring the car around the front. I thought it odd that when I mentioned time is important as I work long shifts and I am taking time off to get this service done. Patti seemed unaffected. I was bothered at this point based on the lack of explanation it looked like I had to come back tomorrow, regardless. 09/16/2015 – The Next Appointment I spoke to Patti in the office and she seemed frustrated and irritated. I thought to myself, “Yes, I am back again to get the service done for the second time.” I obviously could tell she simply did not want to deal with me and my “problem” service. After ignoring me for 10 minutes, she eventually spoke to me out of “courtesy.” I kept calm and asked her if she was able to get the correct fluid. She agreed and one of the servicemen helped by collecting my keys for the second time. I went back to the counter with about 5 minutes until closing and inquired about my vehicle. Patti calculated the costs and before giving me the cost, she stated “wow this price is much cheaper than most people get this for.” I asked about it and then she said a total of “$239.40.” I immediately thought how it could be that much and told her that this could not be right and asked how she got to the total. She sighed and explained swiftly that this was the cost of the labor hours and the cost of the actual fluid. I told her about the total she gave me over the phone and she simply repeated the total cost by stating, “well this is the cost now with labor.” I knew something was not adding up, but it was such a long day already that I did not want to debate charges. As the transaction proceeded, she gave me a card of “Owner Advantage Rewards” in which she said, “I made $10 off of this service, wow!” and that I can use it for an oil change here at the shop. I was immediately offended based on our original conversation where I clearly stated that I was in Pueblo temporarily. She did not seem to listen to that or the fact where I said that my vehicle requires special CVT fluid upon initial communication. *Shortened, but please read the BBB complaint. EDIT: **Dealer made right in promise to reimburse amount difference between what was quoted and amount paid, and Patti was retrained. More

In purchases in the past, you feel important until the sale is final and then all that changes, well not here. S.T. was our salesman and he was nothing short of amazing! S.T. was very attentive and made sure that he treated us with the utmost respect and concern both prior to the sale as well as after. We had a minor issue with the break controller ($30 part and a 10 minute install) which caused some problems. S.T. made sure to set up the appointment, provide us with a rental car while the repairs were being made. He even went as far to take care of our issues on his day off, setting up our appointment and putting us in touch with the correct people. Ken (sales manager) was very professional, courteous and efficient when it came to dealing with any issue we had, and getting it resolved quickly. Jeff (service) was also very polite, quoting me a repair time and getting me back on the road right on his quoted time. This was by far the best customer service we have had hands down, not only in the car business, but with any experience we've had with any business. We will be returning to Spradley to make another purchase when that time comes. I would highly recommend them and will send everyone we know to them when they are in the market for a car. They have made a life long customer with us, and we can't thank them enough! More

lies and deceitful I took my 2012 Fusion in because my front axle was leaking. I was quoted a price of $350 by Fatty French for warranty work which I was fine with. When I was called to let me know my vehicle was ready the price increased by over $150 which I was told was for taxes and fees. Point being when I am quoted a price I expect to pay that price.
