My wife Marsha Mahlstedt Becker was in dire need for another car because she wasn't happy with the one she was currently in so we decided to drive around the car lots to see what was availble. We decided to stop in and was greeted by sales man Josh Mondragon and he introduced us to their finance Manager Larry Mondragon at the Kia and Mazda dealership. They were very polite, helpful, and understanding with our finance problems and came up with a list of cars for us to look and test drive. My wife is very picky when it comes to comfort, drivability, and most of all safty while me I am about condition of the car and how it runs and handles going down the road. So after a couple dozen tryouts they showed us their used 2013 kia forte. After a test drive my wife fell in love with the car and Josh and Larry Mondragon sat us down and went over all the paper work and made sure that we were comfortable with making the down payment and monthly payment and was very discriptive of everything with no pressure on us, which is something i look for in not only the salesman but the finace department. So all in all we were able to trade in her old car and was happily on our way with a great reliable Kia Forte. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased at this dealership. I had researched their website inventory of used trucks and had a specific one in mind as a secondary "get around town" truck. When I drove on to the lot (inclimate weather) to see if the vehicle was still on the lot, the ONLY sales person working in the lot was ERNIE MORALES. The other sales staff appeared to be inside, either with a customer or standing in the doorway looking out to the lot. Ernie appeared to be the only one willing to work the lot. When I told him what I was looking for and I had not seen it on the lot, He checked everywhere, including the detail shop. He found the vehicle had already been sold. Ernie then assisted me with a secondary vehicle I had in mind. It too had already been sold. I left my information with him and returned home. After discussing further purchases with my wife, we decided to trade and still have just one vehicle. I called Ernie and asked if I could come back to speak with him about a trade deal. When we arrived, Ernie had a list of 4 vehicles (all of which were great quality used trucks in my price range). We drove 3 of the 4 and decided on a 2006 Ford F-150 with very low mileage. The interior and exterior were in great shape and it had not been through the detail shop yet. I was very surprised at the quality and mileage at the asking price. Ernie worked diligently and quickly, without distraction to make a deal with my wife and I. It took a reasonable amount of time, but he returned with is Sales Manager, Pete and I thought,"Oh boy here comes the high pressure sales pitch on a deal he knows I can't afford but is going to try and sell me on." That didn't happen. Pete presented the deal and it was slightly out of my range. He asked where I wanted to be and I told him (we were not that far apart). Both of them went back and got me to where I wanted to be, along with a lower interest rate, fewer payments, and a great warranty package (that was not originally part of the deal), and then sent the truck to Detail on a short notice get r' done job. My past experiences with Spradley Ford have been great too. Scotty Pickrel (Service Mgr) and Brian Rogers in Service, along with Marc in Finance have always done a great job working for me and with me on the vehicles I have purchased there. I will be a return customer for a fourth time, the next time I'm looking for a vehicle. More
Jayson was professional, friendly, and very informative about the Escape. Pete was easy to deal with over the price of the Escape and our trade-in value. Jason had answered some questions I had when I was looking for a vehicle a few months ago. I was not ready to buy at that time.
