I got hooked up with meeting Daniel by luck. I didn't expect much because most of the dealers i've dealt with in the past have not left a good impression in our dealing. Most of the time I ended up buying from somebody else. I spoke with Daniel on the phone once and told him I just want to buy a truck for the best possible deal I can get. I made the meeting and met Daniel, seemed like a nice guy. He had already had a truck picked out that I told him I may be interested in. We got in he vehicle to take it for a ride, first he took me over to another section of the lot and showed me several other versions of the F150, I started to ask questions and found out quickly that he new what he was talking about. This kid really knew each of the trucks I looked at. I felt his answers were honest and sincere, I felt absolutely no pressure to buy any of the vehicle we looked at. I ended up buying a truck from him with no hassle's, no gimmicks, just straight talk. I also felt that I got a great deal on what I purchased. I would definitely buy from him again, and recommend him to my friends as well. Mark in the Finance Department was very easy to work with also. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Overall, I had a great experience in my dealing with Daniel and the rest of the guys at the Pueblo Spradley Store. More

Excellent Service I went in to the Spradley dealership in Pueblo, having made an internet inquiry. I had been wanting a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid fro quite sometime, but did I went in to the Spradley dealership in Pueblo, having made an internet inquiry. I had been wanting a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid fro quite sometime, but did not think I could afford it. The first person that approached me was Nathan Radocy. There were several salesmen, but he was the first to welcome me and asked me to park my car and we could talk. I assured him that I was just "looking" as I did not really believe there was a possibility for me to purchase the car I wanted. He understood and then showed me the Fusion Hybrid as another, more affordable option. Seeing that I wasn't really "sold" on it, he offered to at least take an MKZ out for a ride and I could decide later. He coaxed me into driving it as I was reticent. I had never driven a hybrid before and was a bit leery. Nathan then offered to at least run numbers based on my parameters. I filled out a simple form and within minutes, another associate presented two options--a purchase option and a lease option. The lease option was more affordable than the purchase and worked for me. Nathan's approach was professional and never pushy. I appreciated that. I would recommend him if the opportunity ever arose. More

I have owned many businesses and would hire him anytime. From my time with him is was very enthusiastic and willing to answer all my questions. I feel that you are lucky to have him. He listened to our needs as the buyer and did not try to push us into anything we weren't looking for. My husband has a very busy work schedule, and we do not live near by, so they worked with us to get us into our new F250 quickly, without taking a lot of my husband's time. We received a fair price for our trade-in and received a competitive rate for our financing. Jed Crowther, the Finance Manager we worked with was kind, helpful and explained everything. We felt we received a great value, with great customer service. We would make the long drive to see them again, to receive the type of customer service we received last week. We would recommend them in the future and would definitely trust Dale Cardinal to help us find the perfect vehicle for our needs! More

Our salesman, Cody Miller, met us immediately, showed us where to park, and took us to the roomier used trucks. We were impressed by his knowledge of the used vehicles and non-pushy salesmanship. Needless to say, we found what we were looking for and purchased a 2009 Ford F-150. We didn't look elsewhere because we felt we were offered a fair deal and knew what we wanted. Cory answered all our questions and we felt we made the right decision stopping at Spradley first. More
