Great Customer Service for the Service Department I am from Denver and while traveling to Wyoming on vacation when my Honda had broke down 90 miles from the nearest service. The breakdown was a faile I am from Denver and while traveling to Wyoming on vacation when my Honda had broke down 90 miles from the nearest service. The breakdown was a failed alternator. My Honda is 2003 and has 220K miles, so this is not a criticism of the car itself. What was great was the responsiveness of Jason in the service department at Spradley. He made an already difficult situation manageable and was helpful in not only calling for me the tow to the dealership, but was key in the diagnosis of the problem, having the part on hand, installing it and handing me the keys to a car in returned working order. He further checked other systems that may have been related, giving me confidence that I could now drive my car back to Denver.
