The GM, Shaheen Harris was very accommodating and made every effort to make this deal happen smoothly even after the sale he Fedex'd me the car manual and a $500 second car key he had made. I have bought and leased cars at all of the usual suspects- BMW, Mercedes, Lexus etc. Until now I had not felt this level of detail and attention! Inventory was terrific even in the rare car I was looking for. All my questions were answered honestly and accurately. I had as many test drives as I wanted and ultimately decided on a car. The finance process was very smooth and I was out of there in 1.5 hours including selection time! I am a very sophisticated car buyer and I was quite impressed. Sports Trend appealed to me right away because of the quality inventory of Porsches I was looking for. I was not disappointed. Most of the sellers you see online only have one or two cars to look at, but Sports Trend had several. Their selection is second to none and the quality of cars was fantastic. I was able to test drive many cars in order to make the right choice. It was actually a lot of fun, which isn’t always the case when you are shopping for a used car. I am extremely happy with the car and will go back to Sports Trend for my car purchases in the future. This is why so many are filtered. On that same note I told both the owner and manager I would provide them with a positive review given the obvious caveat that I had a positive experience. What I had was - far- from positive and easily the worst car purchasing experience I've ever had. Let me break it down for you in bullet points as I was foolish enough to purchase a car here: 1.) The car was sold with an empty tank of gas. A $30 Shell specific gas card was provided to compensate for this but not until a week or so later. 2.) It was sold with (ALL FOUR) tires that were (no exaggeration) down to the metal, endangering the life of the driver (me or my wife). This was discovered by a 3rd party shop. The car was sold to me with a contract listing the tires as having "50% tread" 3.) I had to spend an entire work day just off my vacation haggling to get a PERCENTAGE of new tires paid for, costing me more money. 4.) I had to threaten them to get an alignment paid for at a certified Porsche dealership, on the tires that I had to pay to get replaced because the ones they sold me were dangerous. 5.) The key I was promised "next Thursday" took a month to arrive and didn't even work with the car. A fact which I was left to discover for myself as I went to use the new key while my wife had the old one. 6.) I had to take additional time off to drive out to a certified dealership to get the key programmed. After my experience here *everyone* I have spoken to that has had any dealings with this place has had nothing but negative things to say. Like every car dealership they are super nice in person but once they have your money it's all over. More
