Unbeatable Service Brought my 2019 Ascent Touring that I just bought from this dealership two days ago for electrical problem. Danny was very accommodating on my arrival and he immediately diagnosed the problem. Took the car to his technician and in less than 15 minutes my car was ready. He was correct that it was blown fuse. I did not expect that I’ll be out in there that quick. Keep up the excellent customer service Danny! More

Worst Service Center Ever I have a 2011 Subaru Forester the sales department was awesome but when I get to have service from my Subaru the nightmare starts, this was all good u I have a 2011 Subaru Forester the sales department was awesome but when I get to have service from my Subaru the nightmare starts, this was all good until my Subaru starts to need maintenance. I have like a Christmas tree on my dash and I went to Sports Subaru W Colonial Dr. Orlando Fl for three different times to get fixed, the 1st one the fix an oil leak and erase the lights from the dash on my way home the lights popup again on the 2nd time the oil cap loose was the cause and on the 3rd time I ask to speak to the service mgr. but he hide from us in a cover up by a service adviser that at 2:30 pm claims he was at lunch with no time to get back. When we request his name guest what this awesome manager was leaving to lunch at 3:00 pm and pass in front of me. The service adviser DIDN"T SEE HIM LEAVING. Just a simple action change you trust on this Service Department. I am very sorry for the sales department because they don't have service backup. More
Very Friendly 2 days after purchasing a new Outback, I got a flat tire due to a road hazard. Justin was also at the counter and remembered the conversation we had the day previous. As I was waiting for my car to finish up, both were extremely friendly and we had a great conversation.
