We just bought our Subaru Outback that we had in lease for 3 years. People in Subaru are the most kind and the customer service is excellent. We decided to drive from Port Orange on the coast over to Sport Subaru as they had a used Forester we wanted our daughter to test drive. We found the car on Autotrader and called ahead to confirm they had i Sport Subaru as they had a used Forester we wanted our daughter to test drive. We found the car on Autotrader and called ahead to confirm they had it and schedule a test drive. We really just wanted to see her comfort level in a Subaru vs the Toyota and Honda cars she already tried through private parties. We also had to verify our daughter, at 16 years of age, with a driver's license would be allowed to test drive the car. The Subaru dealer in Daytona denied her the opportunity to test drive the car stating she wasn't 21 years old and their insurance wouldn't allow it. So off to Orlando we went. Sport Subaru didn't have a problem with her at the wheel and a Sales Rep accompanying during the test drive. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by Sales Rep David White. He pointed out our name on the monitor as we entered and made us feel right at home. We started looking the car over as David explained many of the unique Subaru features and those specific to the Forester. David never applied any sales pressure or hurried us through the process. The test drive sealed the deal as I could see my little girl was really stoked with the Forester. Big thanks to David for making it a pleasurable experience. Thanks to Jon the Finance guy for helping along the way and allowing our daughter to pick out a tag, that meant a lot to her. We definitely would recommend Sport Subaru for your next car and if you can line up David as your sale guy then even better. More
