There was no pressure since we told him that we were test driving several different vehicles. We decided on purchasing the Outback about a month later. Trevor was very helpful in getting us just the right extras that we wanted. After waiting for our Outback to come in we were notified that it had arrived. Unfortunately I was out of town. They waited for a week until I was able to get back to the dealership. Then I was not feeling well. Trevor was very understanding and walked us through the vehicle as best he could. He was concerned about how I was feeling. We finished the paperwork and drove our new Subaru Outback home. It drives like a dream. Trevor called to check on me to see how I was doing. He wanted me to come back to the dealership when I was feeling better to go over the features again to help me understand everything. Couldn't ask for anything else. Last week Justin texted me to see if I was still in the market and how much if any I had collected for a down payment. I told him I was and answered what he needed to know. He called me within an hour to tell me about a car that was a recent trade and in great shape with one owner and no accidents. Already ran it pass the bank and had it approved as well. After a test drive it took less than an hour for me to drive off the lot in my new car. Couldn't be happier with the job Justin did and have recommended him personally to a few people. More
