I try to buy cars that are well designed, solid and will last. After reading of the Subaru Forester's long-standing reputation for those characteristics in Consumer Reports, I was already prejudiced toward buying one. When my wife and I entered the Sport Subaru dealership, Trevor Jeffery introduced himself and we felt comfortable immediately. He listened to our needs and it was clear he understood them. Soon he was showing us a Forester 2.5i Premium detail by detail, inside and out, and answering every question. He was patient as we explored all the features and issues we could think of. There was no rush. That car had exactly what we had wanted...and a few things more we hadn't thought of...but really liked. We negotiated as honest, trustworthy gentlemen and came to quick agreement...a price that we felt good about, and on that very first car. Trevor made arrangements to get it ready to go, and made an appointment for adding one item - window tinting on the front row. At that time he also set up our Bluetooth connections and patiently gave me a thorough tutorial on all the features I was still learning about. My wife and I have the satisfaction of feeling that we went to just the right place, dealt with just the right sales rep and bought just the right car. Trevor is like a friend that you can trust. I am a harsh critic of customer service in sales, and quickly pick out who is just purely trying to make a sale. This was absolutely not at this dealership. Don't get me wrong, the employees of this dealership wanted to make a sale, but they truly did their best to figure out what it was that we were looking for, and patiently get us the best deal they could. They are also very good at what they do. More
I went to test drive a used BMW I found on their internet page. James was my assigned Salesperson and was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. I went to one of their direct competitors just 2 days before and was subjected to a high pressure sale on a car that I did not want, but received none of this from James. He listened to me, my wants and desires and went out of his way to not only help me, but to get the sale as well. He has a great personality and is not a high pressure salesman, like one of his co-workers. He also treated me like I was purchasing a new car, which made no difference to him and his attention. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle (new or used) and would return to him on my next purchase! More

Not only did I have a terrible experience, the couple to the left of me were being hard closed by 2 staff members and it was very uncomfortable to even be near. I cannot wait to drive my new BRZ that I got from Subaru of Leesburg to their door and hand out business cards of a place that actually cares. This will be the first and last time that I ever go to a dealership without reading reviews online first. The whole experience was a huge joke. I went on a Friday with my wife an hour before they closed and walked around for 15 minutes, no greeting nothing. Then Kevin greeted us and promptly passed us off to the ONE salesperson there who was with a customer. Obviously, he had no time for us, so we left with a card and brochure to return the next day for a test drive. I call the next day at 9 and James never called me back for a time to test drive. It took 3 more calls to get a time to get a test drive. Came in at agreed time and a completely different person helped me. We went out back to the BRZ that I was very intent on buying and I said I wanted to test drive first then negotiate price later. Alex the salesman went inside and 15 minutes later as I was standing in the rain, the Manager came out. He refused my test drive because I was not buying the same day. He refused to even let me get in a car. Ridiculous. We had to go in to "run the numbers" before I was allowed to test drive. The "numbers" they brought were 3000 more than I was quoted everywhere else for the identical car. They would not budge. I left. TL/DR: Terrible dealership, bunch of hardclosing used car salesman who refuse test drives and do not negotiate because they sell enough that you do not matter. More
We arrived prior to opening on Sunday, March 16th. In my 45 years of buying cars and dealing with sales people, I have never had one as knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, patient(we occupied his entire Sunday) and courteous. We bought a 2014 Crosstrek, and in the end we were totally satisfied. James worked with us on price and options as well as test driving several different vehicles. I would highly recommended not only this dealership, but if you want a great car buying experience, look for James Menzies. More

I came into Suburu only knowing that most of my friends loved their Suburu. I had read all about the models in Consumer Guide rating Suburu one of the favorites.But I had never owned a Suburu. It was a completely different vehicle than any other I had ever owned. I am an out door person, I kayak, bike, camp, and have a big big dog. I am often off the pavement. I needed something that would serve that lifestyle, but still had style. I have to admit, I am still adjusting, and getting used to it, but everyday I discover another " OH, that's nice." feature on my Outback. I think we are going to have great adventures, off the road. Thank you Sport Suburu, and Gabriel. You were all so nice, and helpful to me, during a sometimes stressful period of picking out a new car. More
I had seen the Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid at the Philadelphia Flower Show and learned of Subaru's VIP Program with Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) members. I was interested in test driving Philadelphia Flower Show and learned of Subaru's VIP Program with Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) members. I was interested in test driving an Outback and the Crosstrek Hybrid. I had a coupon for $25 from Target for doing a test drive. James greeted me kindly when I arrived at the dealership and offered to assist me with the test drives. He provided me with the information I requested concerning the car I wanted to purchase and gave me good information as to the pricing. Although he was not familiar with the VIP Program, he was very accommodating once he learned of it. Once I received the car, James made sure I understood the digital technology - setting the clock, presetting my favorite radio stations, helping me select a voice for the navigation. In addition, he went beyond expectations and surprised me with a few additional items - all weather car mats and a license plate holder. I would highly recommend James and Sports Subaru - as well as the VIP Program with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society. More

We have a cabin up in north western Carolina and wanted something for the wife that would be safer to drive on her commuting back and forth. Decided on the outback for the sedan style smooth ride but still has a higher view and lots of room. We also liked some of the equipment ,like the back up camera, cross bars are built in. and the almost 3,000 lb. towing capability. We did think that the limited edition has a better value as long as you can get their sticker price down. Out of the three dealerships we liked the feel of sports Subaru. They all seemed to work hand in hand to make this a good experience from Alex.Jeff,Nicole, and Frisbee. We would highly recommend this dealership to any one looking for a vehicle.Robyn and Rhoda More
