My 1st Subaru! After test driving a Subaru BRZ at another unnamed dealership, I was convinced that I wanted one. Unfortunately that dealership did not have the exact After test driving a Subaru BRZ at another unnamed dealership, I was convinced that I wanted one. Unfortunately that dealership did not have the exact model I wanted and they played the back-and-forth game with the so-called manager. I'm not interested in that game! I went home and did some more research and found that Sport Subaru had the model I wanted in stock. (It had just arrived and had 0 miles on it)! I made an inquiry and was promptly contacted by Andrew Kitchens. I described the vehicle I wanted and he said it was in stock. It was a Sunday so I asked him if they had personnel there that day to finalize the sale. He assured me that they could so I hopped in my vehicle and headed out. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted but did not feel like vultures were hovering around me like some dealerships do. I met with Andrew, showed him my trade-in and things just fell into place nicely. This dealership didn't run me around, they gave me an acceptable price for my trade-in, and the time frame given to me for the transaction was accurate throughout the entire process! What a great experience! This dealership and it's staff get it right! I didn't feel like I was being played and there was NO back-and-forth. What a novel concept! I absolutely love my BRZ and have now found a dealership that I won't hesitate to return to in the future! Nicely done Sport Subaru! More

I went thru the sport car stage, the compact SUV stage, but now I have the best of both worlds. I made my appointment online with Justina Null and when we arrived at the dealership Samantha Zimmer greeted us. I explained my research but wanted a test drive and they were ready. Samantha was informative and not pushy. She answered questions knowledgably. She also answered questions I forgot to ask. I loved the Impreza Sport best, but didn’t see the right fit for me. Well Samantha said “Give me a minute here.” Tap tap went the key board, click clack went the door. Sam came back and said look. Wow! The car I wanted, the color I wanted, the features I wanted. Oh joy! But not just yet, off to see the Finance guy, Justin Moore. Well to my surprise they had a plan just for me, with options for the future. Justin made my family, including the dog feel like friends. So YES, I would recommend Subaru Sport. Ask for my new friends Samantha Zimmer and Justin Moore who communicated my desires to each other for a great car buying experience as an A+ winning team. More

The making of a Subaru fan I just purchased my second Subaru Forester XT. In my experience, buying a new car has always been a hassle, dealers sometime can be aggressive with I just purchased my second Subaru Forester XT. In my experience, buying a new car has always been a hassle, dealers sometime can be aggressive with their sales pitch and shopping for a new car became an agitated game of push and shove with the dealer. I once had to threaten to call the police when a dealer refused to return my car keys after his team did an appraisal. The team at Sport Subaru is different from what I described above. From the time I inquired about the possibility of upgrading my first Forester to the time I pulled off the lot, the Sport Subaru team was extremely professional and courteous. David Roman ensured that my appointment was set up and the test drive vehicle was ready, Andrew Kitchens answered all of my question about the car and made sure that I was getting the best deal available and Jonathan Frisby made the financing and documentation session understandable and enjoyable. My overall buying experience was enjoyable and I feel as if I did get a good deal. This is why I’m a Subaru fan and will gladly endorse, recommend and praise Sport Subaru.
