BJ's Outback I have not bought a car from a dealer since 1999, so I was expecting the worst based on experiences from the past. Also, I had been advised by a friend to go to Mastro for the best treatment and deal. It was such a relief to sit down with Andrew and not feel any pressure to purchase. Also, he was very knowledgeable about the car's features, although I wish he had told me the car I was buying was a 2.5i and not a 3.6. But is probably my fault, and it turned out not to be important anyway. Andrew and Frisby both made me feel like a member of the family. I love my new Outback and I'm glad I went to Sport Subaru. The first time was to take a look and drive the vehicle. The second time was drive the vehicle again after it was cleaned. The third time was the actual purchase. James was easy to work with and knew the vehicle very well even though it was a Toyota at a Subaru dealership. He never put pressure on us to buy the vehicle and was a pleasure to work with. He immediately returned my phone calls and worked with us to get a fair purchase price on the vehicle. The finance guy was able to find a better loan APR than what our bank pre-approved us with. The purchase went smooth and took less than 2 hours to purchase and drive off the lot. Overall a great experience. I would definitely work with James in the future. More
