I live in Daytona Beach and sent an email to the dealer asking for a quot It was a pleasure to buy my 2017 Subaru Outback at Sports Subaru in Orlando. I live in Daytona Beach and sent an email to the dealer asking for a quote for the car I wanted to buy. I got a reply and a quote from James Menzies. He followed up with a phone call. I told him about my trade in and provided him with details of my car. He quickly followed up with a trade in value of my car and told me about total cost to get my new car over the phone. I agreed to the price. and I went there next morning and got my car. The interesting thing is that I have not seen the new car except what he described to me and he has not seen my trade in and he accepted what I told him about it. This is all based simple trust of each other. While we were there, he took care of all the formalities after test driving the car a little, explained all the things about controls and how to use them, and drove the new car home. I flew into Orlando Thursday night and was driving the Subaru Legacy the next day.
